We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

1. Items must be returned within 5 days of arrival to honour an exchange or refund .

2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

3. Refunds are processed after returned items have been reviewed. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. 

How to Return

1. Email us at nhnycontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method (shipping costs are non-refundable).
